Account & Data Deletion

This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated data from the Homer app.

1. How to Request Deletion

You can request account deletion in the following way:

Email: Send a deletion request to support@homer.co.in specifying the phone number registered with your account.

2. Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon account deletion, the following data will be removed from our systems:

Your account profile (name, phone number, role, flat, pin)
Your UPI ID
Your rental agreements stored in the app
Your payment history linked to your account
Your ratings and reviews

3. Data That May Be Retained

Some payment transaction records may be retained for up to 90 days or longer if required by applicable law (e.g., tax, payment regulations). After this period, they will be permanently deleted from our systems.

4. Processing Time

Your deletion request will be processed within 7 working days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once the deletion is complete.
